WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED
TO RESERVE AN
APARTMENT? A: A deposit of $300 is
required to reserve an apartment. You must also complete an
application. Fee is $23.00 per adult.
CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR
RESIDENCY? A: In general, full-time
students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if
there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder.
However, there are some exceptions to this, so please

HOW DO I INCOME
QUALIFY? A: Applicants must meet
the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any
deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social
security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest
income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring
gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party
verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax
returns and pay stubs may be required.
Taylor Pointe participates in an affordable housing program. Total
household income must be under the following limits based on

- 4 Occupants: $37,140
