 WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE? 
A: 12 month lease agreements are available.
 

 IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? 
A: There is ample parking throughout the community.
 

 IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE? 
A: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the community spaces.
 

 WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS? 
A: Community amenities include: Community room, 24-hour emergency  maintenance, swimming pool and playground.
 

 WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED? 
A: 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
 

 CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS OR SEE A MODEL APARTMENT? 
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. You may also call us to schedule a tour.
 

 WHAT IS THE PET POLICY? 
A: Taylor Pointe is a pet-friendly community! Dogs & cats welcome!

- Limit of 2 pets per apartment home
- Pet Deposit: $300 ($150 Refundable) due at time of move-in
- Pet Weight Limit: 40 lbs at full maturity

 ARE ANY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ACCEPTED? 
A: Yes, Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
 

 WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT? 
A: A deposit of $300 is required to reserve an apartment. You must also complete an application. Fee is $23.00 per adult.
 

 CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY? 
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire. 

Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
 

 IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED? 
A: No.
 

 ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS? 
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is permitted.
 

 WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT? 
A: Water/sewer and refuse are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, telephone and internet.
 

 HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY? 
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
 
Income Qualifications

Taylor Pointe participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $26,040
- 2 Occupants: $29,760
- 3 Occupants: $33,480
- 4 Occupants: $37,140
- 5 Occupants: $40,140
- 6 Occupants: $43,140
- 7 Occupants: $46,080
- 8 Occupants: $49,080
